To be fair, there's not that much people who actually reacts to these posts, so even if there was any bots in your "fanbase" (which I'm sure there aren't any, since bots accounts doesn't get to survive for very long around here), I don't really think they would take the time to react to this one, specifically.
But anywho, changing the topic - may I ask how is your audience supposed to "vote" on this so called art-poll? Is people supposed to just leave names of the characters they want in the comments, or something?
For art polls, I would recommend you to use a third party website (such as https://strawpoll.com/ for example), put a few character names as options, and then leave people the work of voting for which character they actually want to see, for your next art piece... but I guess that just giving people the freedom of leaving names in the comments (or else, reactions - as an example "leave a smiley emoji if you want [insert character name], leave a ROFL emoji if you want [insert another character name]... etc) it's fine as well¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
